I dropped by for inspiration. Your macs are beautiful! I made them once for the DB challenge and I had trouble with the ones on parchment paper. I have some right now on a silpat drying out, and I’m a bit concerned! We’ll see what happens! :)

They look wonderful!! I so know what you mean on the measurements though… Although for me it works the other way around as I work in grams and I think in grams, so stuff like ounces and cups give me headaches…lol… Good thing I finally have cup measurement thingies now. Makes my life so much easier. I love your mac’s and on the sticking part; I always use parchment paper and sometimes they stick and sometimes they don’t. I found that leaving them in the oven just a tiny bit longer sometimes does the trick!
