This is one of my favorite appetizers; easy to do, beautiful on the plate and just happens to use two favorite products I sell so I always have the crackers and preserves on hand. A real crowd pleaser for our 2009 Food and Wine pairing fundraiser for Susan G. Komen.

Ingredients
1 round of Brie
1 Jar of Primo Blackberry Serrano Preserves
1 package 34 Degrees Crispbread
Clean rind from ends of a Brie round and then cut round into bite size pieces. Place a piece of Brie on each cracker and add a dollop of preserves. We love the Primo Blackberry Serrano Preserves…rich blackbeerry flavor and a real kick with Serrano peppers!
